Updated March 25th. My latest Personal Project. After seeing what Maya users can do with Syflex I did some playing around with Max build in Cloth to achieve similar results for flesh simulation.
                                  Below are some renders from max and Zbrush as well.

Below are some screenshots showing skeleton and Muscle setup which basically are Patches that act as collision objects as well.


Update December13
I have recently made a  movie in Zbrush. It is a simple walk cycle of the  Eagle_Man Character that I have done before. You can view it here Eagle_Man Page
The difference here is that this walk cycle is rendered completely in ZBrush. Using new 3D layers in Zbrush3.1 and Transform Master it seems that animating is possible in Zbrush after all.

The tutorial is about making new Zbrush Materials while at download page you can download new materials that I have created recently.

SIX-LIMBED-ALIEN-CREATURE
Update-July28: Revised Highres Mesh in Zbrush3 and also added Walk cycle Movie
Added the same animation(Walk Cycle) but with new Shader and new Texture.

New scene that I am working on. The background is the same as the one I used for the Leopard Project with small tweaks. Plan is to make a small animation showing the creature walking along the log and disappearing  into the jungle.

and SkinFx for Muscles ( Amazing plugins . If you are in character creation they are a must). You can find more about those at  www.lumonix.net
Update - February 23: Completed  composition that shows the whole process from rigg to the final mesh . Also made a new Animation of the character walking upright as Biped.

I added hair . Also I added some Jiggle to the muscles which should help in conveying more realistic movement.
